Lidded Bell Bird Jar in Amber with Red Berries
A classic Suzanne Crane piece made with some of the last of my Ellen Buff clay. This little lidded jar features a lovely Virginia creeper vine and a sprinkling of red clay berries, amber celadon glaze with black trim, and red iron oxide over the church-key pattern at shoulder, base and lid. To top it off, a little black bird perches on the lid.
