If you want to take your tiles with you when you move, one way to go is with a framed tile mural. This one is framed in 3” of solid cherry. The tile mural is made up of six 6” square tiles with a Craftsman-style border in black and iron-oxide wash. Three large sensitive ferns are impressed in a stylized pattern and glazed in amber.
An added bonus: the tiles are mounted firmly with velcro to the frame backing, and can be carefully released if you wish to use them in an architectural installation, such as a kitchen backsplash.
