This is an heirloom piece—one that I have bought back from a customer who was downsizing. I made this lamp back in the days that I was firing in a reduction kiln, which results in a very different, rich result. The Virginia creeper leaves on this dark amber lamp stand out in a toasty brown (a result I used to celebrate when it worked out!). Very large base, topped with a now-extinct fossil-leaf paper shade. Rare!
